Private pay
Dr. DiCarlo is “out-of-network” for all insurance carriers. Patients are charged directly via credit card. This model allows Dr. DiCarlo to give more time and in-depth, personalized care to each patient or family.
If requested, an invoice will be given to you that you may submit to your insurance. PPOs often reimburse a substantial portion (50-80%). If it is important to you to be reimbursed, it is recommended you contact your carrier for more information prior to scheduling.
